1. Who we are, and what this is

Z Tools (ztools.co.uk) is a free, unofficial fan-made companion site for the mobile game Last Z: Survival Shooter. It is operated by BD Digital Creations.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the game's publisher or developers. All game names, trademarks and artwork belong to their respective owners. Nothing here is official game documentation.

2. Using the site

You may use Z Tools for your own personal, non-commercial use, free of charge. There is no paid tier.

Please don't:

• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its database.
• Scrape or bulk-download the site to republish its content as your own.
• Use the site to store or transmit unlawful, abusive, or infringing material.
• Misrepresent the site as official, or imply the publisher endorses it.

We may suspend access if the site is being abused in a way that affects its availability for others.

3. Accounts and alliance spaces

An account is optional — every tool works without one, and nothing you do here creates an account unless you ask for it. When you create one:

• Sign-in is by a one-time code emailed to you. There is no password to set or lose.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone who can read your email can request a sign-in code.
• You must give an email address you control, and be at least 13 — the age the UK sets for consenting to an online service processing your data — or the equivalent age where you live, which is 16 in parts of the EEA.
• We store your email address, the tool progress you choose to sync, and — only if you join an alliance space — what that requires. The Privacy Policy lists all of it.
• You may delete your saved data at any time from the account page, or ask us to remove the account itself via the contact page.

We may remove accounts that are dormant for an extended period, or that are being used abusively. We may also suspend an account's access to alliance spaces without removing the account — you keep every tool, planner and wiki page on the site, and anything you have saved, but you cannot open, edit or join a space while the suspension lasts. We tell you when we do it, why, and whether it has an end date, and you can reply and say we have it wrong.

Alliance spaces

An alliance space is a private area we host for one alliance. Asking for one, or asking to join one, is optional and separate from having an account.

• We decide whether a space is created. Every request is checked by hand against the alliance in the game. We may refuse one without giving a detailed reason, and refusing is not a judgement about you.
• The alliance runs its own space. Its owners and admins invite, promote, demote and remove members, and we do not arbitrate between you and them. If you are removed and think it was a mistake, the people to ask are your own alliance's leaders.
• What you put in a space is visible to that alliance. Your in-game name, your rank and anything you publish can be seen by every member of it. Do not put anything in a space you would not want the whole alliance to read.
• You are responsible for what you publish there. The same limits as the rest of the site apply: nothing unlawful, abusive, or infringing somebody else's rights.
• We do not check what members put in a space, and we are not liable for it — see section 10. A space's contents are written by its own members, including any links they add, which can point anywhere. Do not download files from a link you do not trust.
• We may suspend or delete a space that is used abusively, that impersonates an alliance its requester does not belong to, or that is dormant. Dormant means nobody has opened or changed it for twelve months; we email its owners, admins and editors at least thirty days before removing it, and opening the space is enough to stop that.
• We will tell you why, and you can reply. If we warn you about something in a space, or suspend or delete it, we email its owners, admins and editors with the reason and give you a way to answer before anything is permanent — except where the material is unlawful and has to go immediately. The same applies to suspending an account's access to spaces.
• You can leave at any time, from the account page. Content you published stays with the alliance, because a rota or guide the alliance depends on should not disappear when one member leaves. If you want something you wrote taken down, ask that alliance's owners, or ask us.

Spaces are private and are not indexed by search engines, but they are not a secure channel and we make no promise about what other members do with what they can see. Treat a space as you would your alliance's group chat.

Emails

Belonging to a space means we email you about it. Emails about your own membership — a request being answered, being invited, added, removed, or given a different role — are part of the service and are always sent. Emails about new content and calendar reminders are optional, on by default, and can be switched off individually from your account page without leaving the space. Separately, if you are an owner, admin or editor of a space we may occasionally write to you about that space itself — that it is empty, that a deadline is running, or that something in it needs changing. Those are rare, they are sent by hand rather than by a system, and they are not optional because they are about decisions that affect the space. We do not use any of these addresses for marketing.

4. Your content and your data

The progress and plans you enter into the tools remain yours. We store them only to provide the sync feature, and we do not sell them, share them with advertisers, or use them to build a profile of you. Nobody in your alliance can see them.

If you submit a guide, correction, screenshot or other contribution for publication on the public site, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to publish it with credit. You can ask us to remove it later.

Content you publish inside an alliance space is different: it stays yours, we do not publish it anywhere else, and we claim no licence to it beyond storing and displaying it to that alliance's members so the space works. You confirm you have the right to share whatever you upload there, including images.

5. Contacting us through the form

The contact form emails your message to us. Before it will send, you must tick the box authorising us to process what you have written in order to reply — that consent is the legal basis for handling it, and the form refuses to submit without it. What we do with the message, and how long we keep it, is set out in the privacy policy.

When you use the form, you agree to a few reasonable limits:

• Send it about the site or the game. It is not a channel for advertising, recruitment, bulk mail or anything unlawful.
• Use an email address you actually control, and do not submit on somebody else's behalf without their knowledge. You will receive an automatic confirmation at whatever address you enter.
• Only attach images you have the right to share. Attachments are limited to three images of 4 MB each.
• Do not attempt to bypass the anti-spam check, script submissions, or flood the form. Submissions are rate-limited, and abuse may be blocked.

We read everything that arrives and aim to reply within a couple of days, but we cannot promise a response to every message — particularly for things outside what we can help with, such as in-game account problems, which only the game's publisher can resolve.

6. Accuracy — please read this one

Game data on this site is compiled by players, largely from Server 277, by reading in-game screens and community sources. It is offered in good faith but comes with no guarantee of accuracy.

• Values change when the game is patched, sometimes without notice.
• Calculators and planners produce estimates, and several are explicitly marked as such. They are not a substitute for what the game itself tells you.
• Tools under /beta are in development and may be wrong, incomplete, or removed.

Decisions you make in-game — how you spend diamonds, badges, wrenches, or time — are your own. Please sanity-check anything costly against the game before committing to it.

7. Availability

This is a hobby project run by one person. The site is provided "as is" and "as available". It may be offline, slow, or mid-update at any time, and features may change or be withdrawn. Saved progress is stored in your browser and, if you sign in, on our database — but you should not treat either as a permanent backup of anything you can't afford to lose.

8. Third-party links and services

The site links to external sites and uses third-party services (analytics, hosting, database, bot protection, donation platforms). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. The full list, and what data reaches each, is in the Privacy Policy.

Some outbound links are affiliate links, tagged rel="sponsored". Using them may earn us a small commission at no extra cost to you.

9. Donations

Donations are voluntary gifts to BD Digital Creations, the developer of this site. They are not a purchase. Nothing on Z Tools is behind a paywall, and donating unlocks no feature, no content and no support commitment — whether you donate or not, you get the same site.

Because nothing is supplied in return, donations are non-refundable once made. If you send one by mistake, email hello@bddc.co.uk and we will do what we reasonably can.

BD Digital Creations is a business, not a registered charity, so donations are not eligible for Gift Aid or any other tax relief. Payments are handled by Ko-fi or PayPal under their own terms; we never see your card details.

Please do not donate if you are under 18 without the permission of whoever pays the bill.

10. Liability and indemnity

What can never be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. Everything else in this section is subject to that. If any part of this section is ever held to go further than the law allows, it takes effect to the greatest extent that is allowed and the rest of the section is unaffected.

Subject to that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law: the site and everything on it is provided as is and as available, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. Z Tools and BD Digital Creations are not liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the site, whether direct or indirect and whether or not it was foreseeable — including lost in-game resources, progress or accounts, decisions taken on the basis of anything you read here, loss or corruption of data, loss of profit or opportunity, and any interruption, suspension or withdrawal of the service. The site is free, and it is provided on that footing. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

Content and data, whoever it came from

Much of what you can read here was written by other users rather than by us. That includes everything inside an alliance space — its guides, notices, notes, calendar entries, vault rota and uploaded images are written and uploaded by that alliance's own members — and any contribution somebody sends in for the public site.

We do not write, check, verify or endorse it, and neither Z Tools nor BD Digital Creations is liable for any content or data submitted to this site, by you or by anyone else, or for anything that follows from it. That includes advice that turns out to be wrong, in-game losses, and any dispute between you and the person who wrote it. Whoever posts something is responsible for it (see section 3). Hosting content does not make it ours or make us its author.

This does not mean we ignore it: as section 3 says, we act on anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing somebody else's rights — but we find out because somebody tells us, not because we read everything. If you see something wrong in a space, tell that alliance's owners or tell us.

The data you give us

You are responsible for what you send us and for being entitled to send it: that it is yours to share, that it is lawful, and that it is accurate. Keep your own copy of anything you would not want to lose. Synced progress is a convenience, not a backup — we do not guarantee that data you store here will be preserved, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable to you for losing it.

That is about liability between you and us, and it is not a licence to be careless: how we handle personal data, and the rights the law gives you over it, are set out in the Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms reduces those rights or our obligations under data protection law, which we cannot contract out of and are not attempting to.

Your indemnity to us

If somebody brings a claim against us because of something you did, you cover us for it. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BD Digital Creations, Z Tools, and anyone operating the site on our behalf, against all claims, demands, proceedings, losses, damages, costs and reasonable legal fees arising out of or in connection with:

• content you publish, upload, or send us — including anything you put in an alliance space;
• data you provide to us, and your right to provide it;
• your use of the site, and anything done using your account;
• your breach of these terms; and
• your infringement of anyone else's rights, including intellectual property and privacy rights.

This continues to apply after your account is closed. It does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by our own negligence or our own breach of these terms, and it does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Links and files — please be careful

A space can contain links its members typed in, and those links can point anywhere on the internet. We do not scan, sandbox or check them, and we cannot vouch for anything they lead to.

Do not download or open files from a link you do not trust, on this site or any other — not installers, archives, scripts, documents or "modded" game clients, whoever posted them and whatever they claim to do. Uploads into a space are restricted to images, so anything offering you a file to download is sending you somewhere else entirely. If you were not expecting it, do not run it.

Z Tools itself will never ask you to download or install anything to use it, and every tool runs entirely in your browser. Nothing is installed.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each version carries a version number (currently 2026-08-14) and the date it was published. If you have an account, the version you accepted is recorded against it, so a later change does not retroactively alter what you agreed to. Material changes will be reflected in a new version, and continuing to use the site after that means accepting the new wording.

12. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
