Bug reports, feature requests, wiki contributions, or just saying hi — pick a channel that suits you.

Before you write

Z Tools is a small, independent project run by one developer alongside their day job. To make sure your message gets a useful reply, here's a quick guide to which channel does what and what we can (and can't) help with.

We can help with: bugs on this site, incorrect data in the wiki or tools, feature suggestions, translation corrections, sponsorship and partnership enquiries, GDPR / data requests, takedown notices, and general feedback about how Z Tools could be more useful to your alliance.

We can't help with: in-game support (player bans, lost rewards, store purchases, account recovery), recruitment for our own alliance via this address (see the FiR3 page instead), or anything related to other Last Z fan sites we don't run.

Florere Game (the publisher of Last Z: Survival Shooter) operates its own customer support, which is the only channel that can resolve in-game account issues. We have no special access to game accounts, balance changes, or compensation grants.

Reporting a problem

The fastest path to a fix is a precise bug report. Vague descriptions ("the calendar doesn't work") get a slow back-and-forth; specific ones get fixed in a single round trip. Please include:

  • The page URL — copy it from your browser's address bar.
  • What you were trying to do — e.g. “mark a tank mod as complete” or “switch language to Polish”.
  • What actually happened vs. what you expected — both halves matter, especially when the issue is a wrong number rather than a crash.
  • Browser and device — e.g. “Safari on iPhone 14”, “Chrome on Windows 11”. Mobile bugs are usually different from desktop bugs.
  • A screenshot — the whole window, not just the bit that looks wrong. Surrounding context often holds the clue.

For data corrections (a wrong wrench cost, an outdated hero skill, a broken research prerequisite), the in-game screenshot showing the correct value is gold — it lets us fix and verify in one pass.

Contributing content

The wiki, the FiR3 alliance hub, and the tools are all open to community contribution. We're particularly interested in:

  • Strategy guides — Capital Clash plays, Glory Wars formations, Vault Master breakdowns, hero builds that work on a specific HQ tier.
  • Server-specific intel — rules of engagement, alliance leadership directories, current state of crossovers.
  • Translations — we already support 19 languages but content is constantly being added. Native speakers spotting awkward phrasing is hugely useful.
  • Screenshots and diagrams — canyon maps, megahive layouts, building unlock chains, anything visual that explains a system faster than text.

Email us with what you have. Contributors get a named credit on whatever they wrote, plus the warm glow of helping the rest of the community.

Response times

This isn't a 24/7 support desk — reply times depend on what else is on. Rough guide:

  • Critical bugs (site down, broken tool, lost data): usually same day.
  • Standard bugs and data corrections: 2–5 working days.
  • Feature requests: replied to within a week, implemented based on broader demand and effort cost.
  • Translation corrections: batched and shipped roughly monthly.
  • Sponsorship and business enquiries: within a few days.
