Recycling Blue Skill Books
Once every B-rank hero's skills are maxed, Blue Skill Books have nothing left to do. Instead of letting them pile up in the Warehouse, you can recycle them one-for-one into Basic Resource Random Chests and turn them into Food, Wood, Electricity and Zents.
Before You Start
Only do this once all of your heroes' blue skill book upgrades are finished. Blue Skill Books level the skills of B-rank (blue) heroes, and recycling cannot be undone — a book you recycle is gone. Check every B-rank hero you use first, and only recycle what is left over after the last skill is maxed.
Step 1: Recycle the Books
- Open the Warehouse and go to the Hero tab.
- Tap the Blue Skill Book (Recyclable). Recyclable items carry a small circular-arrows badge in the corner.
- Use the slider (or type a number) to choose how many to recycle, then tap Recycle.
Each book becomes one Basic Resource Random Chest, so 1,452 books give you 1,452 chests.
Step 2: Open the Chests
- Go to the Warehouse's Items tab and tap the Basic Resource Random Chest.
- Choose how many to open and tap Use.
Each chest gives one random reward from:
- 1,000 Wood
- 1,000 Food
- 1,000 Electricity
- 600 Zents (arrives as six 100 Zents items)
What 1,452 Books Turned Into
The rewards are random, but over a large batch they split roughly evenly four ways:

That works out at roughly 760 basic resources and 140 Zents per book on average.
Tips
- The rewards land in the Warehouse as resource items, not straight into your stock. Use them when you actually need them.
- You don't have to recycle everything at once — the slider lets you keep a buffer of books if you are not sure every skill is done.
- Only the blue books are recyclable here. Orange and purple skill books have no recycle badge, so keep spending those on your heroes.
