Fast Travel to Digs

By Blek (Blake - bddc.co.uk) ·

Sending a reinforcement to an ally's HQ moves your troops there much faster than a standard march. By routing through an allied HQ that sits right next to the dig, you can arrive at the tile far quicker than anyone marching there directly from their own base.

How to do it

  1. Find an ally whose HQ is inside your alliance territory and as close to the dig tile as possible
  2. Tap their HQ on the world map — when their profile opens, press Reinforce
  3. Once your troops arrive at their HQ, march the short hop to the dig

Step 1 — Pick your staging ally

On the world map, scan your alliance territory for an HQ right on the doorstep of the dig. The closer they are to the dig tile, the shorter the second leg of the march — and the less time everyone waits.

Red arrows show the route: your HQ → ally HQ → dig. That middle stop is what makes it fast.

Step 2 — Reinforce, not march

Tap their HQ on the map to open their profile, then press the Reinforce button (circled in red). Do not use the March button — only Reinforce triggers the speed boost.

Reinforce, not March — that distinction is the whole trick.
Important: Your troops must be inside your own HQ when you press Reinforce. If your hero is already deployed in the field, the speed boost will not apply.

Watch the march timers on the right: the reinforced hero reaches the dig in seconds while direct marches from the same base are still running.
When it matters most: This is especially valuable during event digs and contested spawns where every second of arrival time counts. The further the dig is from your own HQ, the more time you save.
