Heroes on City Wall
Make sure your wall defenders are up to date — or leave it empty.
Tap your City Wall → Defense to assign specific heroes to defend your city during attacks.
Important: If you leave the wall empty (no heroes assigned), the game will automatically select your 5 strongest heroes for every defence. This is the safest option if you forget to update it.
Many players assigned heroes early in the game and never updated them. Having blue heroes on your wall causes you to:
- Take more troop losses per fight
- Fill your hospital faster
- Once the hospital is full, troops will die until you heal and free up space
Tip: Either assign your strongest heroes or leave the wall completely empty. Never leave outdated blue heroes on there.
